Great experience we did a majority of the purchase before we even got to the dealer. Our salesman Mike Lea was helpful friendly and has a passion for making sure he listens to the customers wants and needs which is key for me.. that is key for me honestly I have a short fuse when it comes to dealers and can get aggravated easily. The General Manager Andy Miller is awesome as well. Andy has great patience and really wanted to make sure he took care of us. This is not our first purchase from a priority dealership we have never had a bad experience. I am typically a Toyota Highlander kind of girl but the Acura RDX won my heart with all the features it offers. Congrats on getting me to the Acura family and awesome job on the great team Priority! Let’s say a prayer I don’t get a ticket haha

Nick Napier is one of the Acura dealership's sales managers and he truly is one of a kind in this industry. My daughter is in the process of buying a used car and I/she have felt -through this entire experience -of over a week that Nick was invested in helping my daughter through this experience and guiding her to a good sound decision. I purchased my vehicle from Priority Acura a week ago and I must say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. This review is not about the car though, I wanted to take the time out to recognize the most knowledgeable, courteous, genuine, salesman that I've encountered in my years of car shopping. Andrew Komornik treated me like a valued customer from the moment we met, up until our deal was complete. Not only that, he's since reached out to me to find out how things were going with the car. Having been on the job only three weeks at the time of my purchase, I can't say that I wasn't a tiny bit skeptical, but by the time we completed our test drive the night before I took the car home, I knew that I did not want to deal with anyone else in terms of making this deal happen. He deserved every ounce of my business. Mr. Church, you've got yourself a great asset in Andrew.

I also want to give my praise and thanks to Stevon Armstead. He made the normal drawn out financing process a breeze. He's a true professional and made my wife and I feel valued instead of just another means to a quick buck. I truly felt taken care of at Priority Acura ... I've bought three vehicles from the "other" Priority place across the street and NOT ONCE has the general manager come out to personally thank me for my business and give me his card, as Mr. Church did before I left with my vehicle. That speaks volumes!

I was searching for a 2018 TLX Acura via the internet. I came across several dealerships and decided to compare prices. After receiving the first quote from Priority Chesapeake I countered that I had received a lower quote from another. When Tammy Coleman contacted me with the second quote I could not refuse the offer . Then I told her that it would be several weeks before I could take ownership because I live almost 1.5 hours away. Guess what ,she told me she would bring it to my home needless to say three days later I took ownership of a brand new 2018 TLX Acura. I was not disappointed.
